I've just finished my exams and moving house is out the way now. I'm gonna be more active on the forums again, and also hopefully this topic. Don't know about progression though.

I have around 2 months for moddling objects for the map before going college. So I guess we should start making the map.

I've been away from the project for a little while because of some events I had to go to.

I'll try and get something going. I'll start with basic roads. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the splines the way I want them to look. I'll post a picture when I solve this problem.

I would like to help with buses! I am new to converting buses from vbus or otherwise converting 3ds models to omsi, in that I can't texture, but I see you have no one else for buses, and appropriate bus really make the places realistic. Have a look at WIP VanHool A300 on Aussiex forum,

Been playing omsi since it was released.
I want to make buses, but can help with map making, assuming you use google earth to measure distances and gimme a route map. :)
I may not have much time after mid-september when I start UNi, but we'll see.

Criticism: The rear door on the RTS in New York is not the same as in New Jersey...That'll have to be another model.

ok im not doing New York Someone else is doing that but theses Nj buses do touch NY when it goes to either George Washington Terminal or PABT lol

I know about Port Authority and GW Bridge...

Also the person who is modeling the NYC NovaBus RTS is modeling it exactly as it appears in CBS 2010, which is a red card...he has posted in this thread here: North American Routes and Buses

know the guy working on that rts and he told me i canceled the project because he never had a dashboard for it

actually there is one more Route 120 From Greenville Depot in NJ goes to lower Manhattan in fact right by WTC but alil more far down

yessir i always thought it was somewhere else till i happen to bump into and took a photo of it but as for my RTS it can be a NYMTA bus even with or without the back door configuration its better to have something then nothing right ;) but however there was one i saw same RTS but it was in NYMTA scheme and the side destin sign wasnt on top was on the bottom so i guess they'll be 2 RTS's being made mine and that guy's RTS

ok you see the first one of MTA 9000 you see the side destination sign the one the other guy is working on the side destination sign is on the bottom instead of on top
and @Marpe i might need help as well in putting this RTS in OMSI cause I'm having problems with the converter that it wont convert the X file to o3d

Look closely at the video. The side destination sign is at the top.

Again, his model is inaccurate because his model is the same as the model from City Bus Simulator 2010, which is inaccurate.
