OMSI - Options Configuration Problems (PROBLEM SOLVED)



Good Evening Omsi Community
I ask some help, I had this problem before, so I thought, a fresh install of OMSI would work
Seems got worse

Quick Explanation : OMSI gives me no languages to choose from neither does it let me edit options properly, therefore rendering OMSI unplayable :(

If someone could help me as soon as possible it would be much appreciated.
