It looks like the real one! I hope you could complete your work successfully. Those busses have an Allison gearbox, right?

Thanks!

and it depends on the transit agency. Voith and ZF transmissions are also spec for the Orion 7

Edit - I veered off into the CNG version...

slowly working on the interior seating.

Thanks, the hybrid version is after this. The CNG tank is actually a bit longer than spec'd but iI didnt create it and im not going to modify it drastically by destroying it lol.

I saw your Orion VI it looks wonderful!

IF you could assist me in the future Id appreciate it!

On another note im still trying to install seating in the interior, pic soon to come.

I just did a little test to see if it would export correctly, I put it into a 3ds file format

SketchUp Entities processed:

14 Groups
131 Instances
25604 Faces
26 Images
353 Edges
1 Cameras
21 Materials
12 Textures

3DS Entities exported:

61700 Triangles
353 Edges
1 Cameras
21 Materials
12 Textures

^That stuff will get lowered....

It worked, but this wasn't the proper exporting done lol

REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A TEST......

Which Google Scketchup template did you use to build this in? I have tried both feet and meter templates, but whenever I get the object into OMSI it is huge. (i.e. 3m turns into 30m, 10in turns to 10m) Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

?
Engineering Feet.

I think I remember how to fix that, it was actually in sketchup that problem will begin. I think what my friend did was open it in a different template save it there or something like that... I gotta ask him I don't remember directly.

This should be put in the showroom, now that I think about it. This is definitely worthy to be there.

You should ask Mr. Marcel to move the thread.

You really think so?

Im not the greatest but I'm trying.

When I get it in the game then we'll see lol its still missing the poles and the operator's area. Idk when I'll have that done. hopefully soon.

This is how all buses for OMSI start out. Have you checked out Mr. Marcel's journal for the NG272 he's creating? Yeah, it's in German, but just look at the pictures. Look at how his started: [WIP] MAN NG272 - Bautagebuch

The model shows potential, and that is what really counts. So, definitely, ask him and see if he likes it!
