Maybe I understood you. You want the audio announcements, right?
Download the GREAT GRUNDORF map. It includes audio announcements and they work with the original Grundorf too.

For your own map, you just have to put a ".wav"-file in your Vehicles Folder, which is named like the bus stop. So for Example "Example.wav" belongs to the busstop "Example". Hope this helps a bit.

if you want to CREATE new Anouncements for BUS STOPS (like NEXT STOP: ... ) you need to record them with a audiotool or programm.
announcements are only working in: MAN D92
not every addon-map has announcements.
