Bus flipped

Hello there...
Last week, I started building a bus (not important which), and I made the front of it... I exported it as 3ds, imported it in Blender and exported it as .x file. Then, I converted it and done all the work for "scripting"... But, when I started Omsi, and choose my bus, it seems that that front part is flipped and is under ground. I didn't take SS, but if you need it, just tell, I'll provide it for you... If I can explain:
It was suppose to be like this |
but it's like this _
xD
Can you help me please? It was pretty much normal in Blender, it wasn't upside-down or flipped, it was just like in Sketchup. But I guess I checked something I wasn't suppose to...
Thanks in advance!

EDIT EDIT EDIT
Well, I fixed that problem... But... Uhm... This time the model isn't facing the right direction, it's facing towards the back, instead the front... Any help?
Thanks!
